About this role
Role Overview
End-to-end customer care for our key account customers across the entire customer journey
Develop a proactive customer service approach with the highest service standards
Build and further develop AI-supported digital agents and automations
Identify and eliminate manual, repetitive processes
Use data and digital tools to improve service quality and customer satisfaction
Ensure our service levels in line with our brand promise CREATING CONVENIENCE
Optimize order, delivery and communication processes together with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics and Business & Technology
Analyze KPIs and customer feedback to continuously improve our customer experience
Actively shape ONSKINERY’s digital transformation
Requirements
Successfully completed degree in business administration or comparable commercial training
Experience in customer-focused process management
Strong affinity for digitalization, AI and modern technologies
Analytical and holistic understanding of processes
Curiosity, imagination and enthusiasm for pragmatically testing new solutions
Hands-on mentality and high degree of self-initiative
Persistence and motivation to implement change sustainably
Structured, solution-oriented and service-focused working style
Strong communication skills in German and English
