Support spares planning for assigned products or part groups
Review demand, inventory, and planning data to help maintain appropriate spare parts availability
Monitor basic performance metrics such as fill rate, service levels, and inventory position
Conduct root cause analysis to drive the appropriate corrective actions
Work with Regional Planning, Product Support, Supply Planning, Procurement, and other teams to gather inputs for the demand plan
Learn product lifecycle concepts, spares planning fundamentals, and KLA planning systems
Requirements
Bachelor’s Level Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, Operations, or a related field
Coursework, internship, project, or early career experience in supply chain, operations, engineering, business analytics, data analysis, or a related area
Basic understanding of supply chain, demand planning, inventory planning, or operations concepts
Strong analytical skills and interest in working with data to solve business problems
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Exposure to ERP, planning, reporting, or data visualization tools such as SAP, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or similar tools is a plus
Ability to organize information, manage priorities, and follow through on assigned tasks
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to learn, ask questions, and work in a cross-functional team environment
Basic understanding of inventory planning, service levels, product lifecycle, bills of material, or service parts concepts is a plus.
