About this role

Work with the Employee Benefits Communication and Design team on heavy production work
Be a general Adobe InDesign wizard
Work with templates to create new – and edit existing – materials
Produce and deliver work on time; meet deadlines as set by the project manager
Work within design guidelines, standards and best practices
Manage client assets and develop, organize and maintain client folders within a shared network
Juggle multiple projects simultaneously
Follow timelines

Bachelor (of Art/Science) Degree in Graphic Design preferred
At least two years of graphics/production experience in a professional environment
Fast and accurate hands-on skills in Adobe Creative Suite
WordPress experience is a plus, but not required
Demonstrated computer proficiency (Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite)
