Act as the key contact for assigned accounts within a territory
Provide tactical sales direction and communication strategies to defend existing business and gain new business
Work with stakeholders and leadership to implement business and marketing plans for assigned accounts
Focus on growth of an assigned territory with a focus on growing share of wallet
Deliver sales goals including profitable year-over-year growth for assigned territory
Build relationships with customers based upon trust and respect
Coordinate Sales Management, R&D, Marketing and Field Service in support of validation trials and customer trials
Report and communicate current performance achievements in terms of sales and marketing contribution to the business unit for monthly management reporting
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
1+ years relevant experience in technical, sales and general management, preferably within the packaging industry
Ability to travel domestically & internationally 60% of time.
