Provide leadership and operational direction to the activities of our Roads & Highways business
Ensure operational and technical excellence and performance of the Roads & Highways sector
Grow the SJ Group Infrastructure function through optimal people management and business development
Undertake client relationship management and business development activities
Provide project governance and project management to achieve reliable project performance in terms of sophistication, timeliness, and quality
Lead and develop employees located in the local office to ensure cohesion and optimal performance

15+ years’ industry experience
Recognised as an authority in the transport infrastructure design market
Previous Manager / Lead roles in similar engineering consulting organisations
Experience delivering multi‑disciplinary projects for multinational clients
Strong track record in tender/proposal leadership
Tertiary qualification in a relevant engineering discipline (essential)
Post‑graduate qualification (advantageous)
Project Management certification (desirable)
Qualified Person (Civil & Environment or Structures) in SE Asia + Pacific (preferred)
