Contribute to UX design within cross-functional Agile teams, delivering design work as part of sprint cycles
Support user research activities (e.g. interviews, usability testing) and apply insights to design solutions
Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma, applying strong interaction design and information architecture principles
Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented effectively
Apply existing design systems and contribute to their ongoing improvement
Help optimise user journeys by analysing user behaviour and identifying areas for enhancement
Taking ownership of design tasks from discovery through to delivery, working with ambiguity and shaping problem statements where needed
Work closely with stakeholders across product, marketing, and technology, presenting design work and explaining rationale
Requirements
Experience in UX or Product Design, with a portfolio demonstrating your work
Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent design tools) and prototyping at varying levels of fidelity
Understanding of user-centred design principles, usability heuristics, and interaction design
Experience collaborating with developers and working in iterative environments (Agile exposure beneficial), including prioritising UX work within delivery constraints
Ability to translate requirements and insights into clear design solutions
Comfortable supporting and running small-scale research activities
Confidence presenting design work, defending decisions, and contributing to design critiques
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
Ability to challenge requirements constructively and advocate for user-centred outcomes
Experience supporting or conducting broader user research (Desirable)
Familiarity with design systems (Desirable)
Awareness of accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG) (Desirable)
Experience contributing to workshops, ideation sessions, or facilitation activities (Desirable)
Experience within financial services or regulated environments (Desirable)
