Own and manage a defined portfolio of FIS Referral and Reseller partners, including bank and alliance reseller and referral partners
Build and execute joint plans that produce measurable results: pipeline development, partner-sourced opportunities, enablement, marketplace alignment, and GTM activities
Drive cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product, Delivery, and Marketing to ensure partner efforts support active opportunities
Maintain strong operating rhythm with partners, ensuring predictable engagement and follow-through
Track and report progress using practical metrics such as active opportunities, completed GTM actions, and executed enablement sessions
Requirements
Experience in partner management, alliances/banks, fintech, or enterprise software preferred
Familiarity with Bank and Alliance partner motions, including re-sell models, joint GTM, and marketplace integration
Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment and influence across stakeholders without direct authority
Strong operating discipline around planning, prioritization, and execution
Excellent communication skills, with confidence representing the organization to senior partner leaders
