Leads enterprise business readiness for large-scale transformation initiatives, ensuring the organization is fully prepared to adopt new processes, systems, and operating models
Drives alignment across stakeholders, operating models, and change activities to minimize risk and maximize adoption
Hires, evaluates, develops and supervises crew
Manages cross-divisional programs or multiple workstreams within a larger program
Drives all phases of the program lifecycle from inception through implementation while ensuring that business objectives are delivered with high quality and within targeted timeframes
Creates and maintains a multi-year program strategy that clearly identifies specific actions and tasks needed to achieve future state goals
Builds and maintains strategic relationships across sites, departments, divisions, and internal and external partners to support their program initiatives
Ensures all steps are taken to mitigate risk, and maintains control, compliance, audit, and legal requirements
Integrates and oversees change management efforts across the overall program
Closely monitors program costs and budget and escalates cost variances appropriately and timely.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in program management, transformation leadership, or large-scale business change initiatives, preferably in financial services
Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.
Skills include Incident Response, Network Security, Endpoint Security, Cloud Security, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and platform proficiency in Windows, Unix, and Network environments.
Strong critical thinking, verbal and written communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and time management abilities.
Ability to lead teams under pressure, deliver results across complex program environments, and ensure accountability to strategic objectives and regulatory expectations.
