About this role
Role Overview
Drive SAP business growth across LATAM by developing new opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with key clients, decision-makers, partners, and SAP.
Develop and execute account and territory plans aligned with Westernacher's business objectives.
Identify client needs and position tailored SAP solutions that deliver measurable business value.
Manage key accounts and drive growth through up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
Collaborate with SAP practice leaders and delivery teams to ensure successful solution positioning and delivery.
Support commercial activities, including proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), pricing, and contract negotiations.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and account plans using CRM tools.
Represent Westernacher in customer meetings, industry events, and SAP-related activities.
Requirements
Relevant university degree.
6+ years of experience in SAP sales, business development, key account management, or SAP consulting.
Proven experience selling SAP services within LATAM, with a solid understanding of the regional business environment.
Experience building and managing relationships with senior business stakeholders and decision-makers.
Strong background as an SAP consultant or delivery professional with hands-on project experience.
Solid presales capabilities, including solution positioning, value articulation, and proposal development.
Familiarity with SAP Digital Supply Chain solutions such as EWM, TM, IBP, and PP/DS is a strong plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools (MS CRM preferred), Excel, and PowerPoint.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Willingness to travel as needed.
