Deliver engaging, individualized virtual instruction tailored to each student's experience level, project goals, and unique learning style.
Create structured lesson plans that align with student goals, whether they are a high schooler learning the basics of 3D modeling, a college student prepping for industry certifications, or an aspiring engineer/architect mastering technical drafting.
Adapt instruction in real time, using screen-sharing and interactive workflows to troubleshoot software bugs, refine design techniques, and explain geometry or drafting principles.
Track student project progress and communicate effectively with families or school partners regarding portfolio development, software mastery, and technical milestone achievements.

Bachelor's degree required
Experience working with students who have education needs
Ability to design and deliver lesson plans aligned to student goals and accommodations
Strong virtual instruction skills — comfort with video conferencing, digital whiteboards, and keeping students engaged online
Ability to pass a background check
Reliable computer, internet, webcam, and quiet workspace
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
