Lead moderate to large complex projects and programs in support of Branch & Cafe operations by providing strategic direction to projects, peers, and direct reports
Design, develop, and manage project plans in a complex dynamic environment
Ensure projects are documented appropriately to mitigate risk and delivered on time
Leverage problem solving and influencing skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent
Partner cross-functionally with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership
Build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments
Exhibit outstanding influencing skills to effectively drive project / program efforts
Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent project management
Leading a team of project managers
Display a passion for coaching and developing a team of associates

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 3 years of People Management experience
At least 4 years of Project Management experience
At least 2 years of experience as Responsible or Accountable for reportable business metrics
At least 3 years of Microsoft Office or Google Suite experience
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience
At least 5 years of People Management experience
At least 6 years of Project Management experience
At least 3 years of experience as Owner / Accountable Leader for large-scale, data-driven initiatives
CAPM, PMP, Lean, Agile, or SAFe certification
At least 2 years of Financial or Regulatory Industry experience
