Dedicate time and effort to learn products and support processes while handling simpler customer interactions.
Respond to support tickets with assistance, helping users operate company software, supporting customer training and demos, and escalating complex issues appropriately.
Support software testing activities while developing proficiency in testing tools, processes, and product behavior.
Execute assigned tests, assist with software and hardware testing, document test results, and learn to identify and report defects.
Provide support when needed for internal IT and business operations in support of the development, product, marketing, and sales teams.
Communicate customer feedback and feature requests to Application Engineer team leads and Product Management.
Requirements
No prior experience required.
Technology-related degree is not required, but is a bonus.
Experience in the construction industry, 3D modeling, laser scanning, or software development are not required, but are a bonus.
Comfortable in a technical environment.
Great verbal and written communication and collaboration skills.
