Role Overview
- Deliver skilled nursing care in the comfort of patients’ homes
- Create individualized care plans and administer medications
- Educate patients and families to support recovery and independence
- Practice at the top of your license with greater flexibility and autonomy
- Build meaningful 1:1 patient relationships
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved Nursing education program, BSN preferred.
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Michigan.
- Must have a minimum of one (1) year professional registered nursing experience.
- Medical Surgical Experience preferred
- Home health or Hospice experience is a plus
- Strong computer and technology skills required.
- Must have current Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
