Partner with clients to identify construction and capital project delivery risks, technical challenges, and opportunities to improve the efficiency, governance, and performance of capital programs
Develop strategies to solve complex business problems using new ways of thinking, and devise solutions to support clients' needs
Develop lasting relationships with client personnel and enhance these relationships through quality product delivery
Foster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market
Mentor and provide performance development to teams as you oversee the successful completion of project work plans
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline (e.g., Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field)
8+ years of experience in Consulting, Construction, Engineering, Project Controls, or Capital Project Management
Experience with construction and project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, Procore, e-Builder, Kahua, CMIC, or similar platforms)
Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, PE, or similar preferred
