Respond to telephone and written inquiries from customers and brokers
Contact customers and brokers by telephone and email to arrange payments
Understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate advice in a timely manner
Process all documents related to cancellation and/or termination transactions
Ensure the accuracy of transactions and verify payments received
Efficiently manage collection follow-ups
Prepare various collection letters
Verify and enter banking information, review new accounts and policies, adjust payment schedules
Process and resolve issues relating to payments

Vocational studies diploma in Accounting or an equivalent combination of education and experience
At least one year of experience in a similar position
Attention to detail and efficiency in a high-volume work environment
Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of customer service
Proficiency or training with standard office software
Bilingualism (English-French)
