Build, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools such as Flow and Process Builder
Develop and sustain integrations using Salesforce Web Services APIs, including REST, SOAP, Bulk, and Metadata APIs
Own the full development lifecycle: requirements analysis, solution build, coding, testing, deployment, and documentation
Apply and champion Salesforce guidelines, architectural patterns, and coding standards across the team
Manage development workflows based on version control (branching, merging, pull requests) and DevOps tools such as Salesforce CLI, Copado, or AutoRABIT
Write comprehensive test coverage to ensure quality, reliability, and successful deployments
Collaborate closely with business partners, project teams, and QA to translate requirements into well-designed solutions
Evaluate third-party vendor tools and integration strategies to support platform growth
Develop accurate effort estimates and contribute to project planning and prioritization.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, MIS, or a related technical field
5+ years of professional IT solutions development experience in a medium-to-large corporate environment
4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, LWC, and platform configuration
Expertise in Salesforce Web Services APIs: REST, SOAP, Bulk, and Metadata
Experience with declarative automation tools: Flow, Process Builder, or similar
Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps practices: Salesforce CLI, version control, CI/CD pipelines, or tools like Copado or AutoRABIT
Active Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect)
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Field Service Lightning implementations
Background in Agile development methodologies and business analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex technical environments
