About this role

Lead and develop First Line Managers and operational teams to achieve performance and service targets
Drive a strong Health & Safety culture, ensuring full compliance and proactive risk management
Manage daily operations including labour planning, workflow prioritisation, and performance monitoring
Analyse performance data, identify root causes of issues, and implement continuous improvement solutions
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and create a positive, high-engagement team environment

Proven leadership experience within a fast-paced logistics or warehouse environment
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a strong bias for action
Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams
Experience working with KPIs, operational reporting, and performance management tools
Good system knowledge (WMS preferred) and confidence using data to drive decisions
