Ensure the quality of revenue data by integrating HubSpot, billing, contracts, and engagement into a single, actionable source;
Create and manage integrations between tools (via API and custom code);
Analyze performance, map hypotheses, identify bottlenecks in workflows, and propose automations and continuous improvements;
Develop internal AI-powered tools — organize sprints and validate solutions with internal and external stakeholders;
Maintain the technical health of the area by troubleshooting dashboards and data pipelines.
Requirements
Strong Python and SQL skills for analysis and automation
Knowledge of data manipulation and ETL logic
Databricks: comfortable working in the environment (SQL/PySpark in notebooks, maintaining existing pipelines)
Practical familiarity with applied AI: RAG (embeddings and vector search), integration with LLM APIs and agent construction — hands-on experience preferred over theoretical knowledge
Comfortable operating cloud services (AWS): EC2 (deploying and maintaining applications, SSH access, scheduled jobs), S3 and basic IAM/credentials
Experience with HubSpot (custom objects, workflows, API integration)
Experience with analytics tools (Power BI or Tableau)
Advanced conversational English
Experience in B2B enterprise RevOps and familiarity with the MEDDPICC methodology is a plus
Previous experience in formal Data Engineering projects (modeling, orchestration, infrastructure)
Intermediate Spanish is a plus
