Support the General Manager in leadership and supervision of store personnel
Inventory tracking and management
Achieving key performance metrics and ensuring efficient daily operations of the store
Ensuring regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional customer experience
Partner with the General Manager to plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and positive sales results
Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising
Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with all state specific regulations
Review, communicate and ensure compliance with all company SOPs
Provide coaching, training, and development to the team focused on company service standards
Monitor and maintain store inventory
Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations when on duty
Maintain professional working relationships with business partners
Assist the General Manager in managing labor budget
Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance
Perform other tasks assigned by management

Two years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus
Cash handling experience
Ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees
Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; uphold confidentiality and discretion
Ability to communicate in conversational English to work effectively with customers and team members
Proven ability to analyze data and draw conclusions for policies and procedures
Ability to interact with customers and team members respectfully and politely
