Participate in solution deployments for new clients;
Understand investment processes, governance, and financial planning to configure the platform according to each organization’s reality;
Support clients in using the solution and resolving operational questions and challenges;
Investigate behaviors, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities using data and functional analysis;
Work closely with Product, Development, and Customer Success teams to continuously improve the user experience;
Contribute improvement suggestions based on real customer needs observed;
Support integration initiatives with corporate systems such as SAP and other ERPs;
Help build a platform that directly impacts decision-making for large enterprises.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Accounting, Economics, or related fields;
Experience with CAPEX processes, financial planning, budgeting, investment control, or financial monitoring of projects;
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills;
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems;
Knowledge of SQL for querying and data analysis;
Experience with Power BI;
Knowledge of system implementation or configuration processes;
Experience with project management or agile methodologies;
Experience providing consultative or functional support to users;
