Lead the engineering teams responsible for operating and maintaining a large federal enterprise cloud platform
Accountable for team performance, delivery, and technical health of the platform
Partner with program leadership to meet scope, schedule, and quality commitments
Own delivery accountability for platform stability, security, and performance
Set technical direction across cloud infrastructure (AWS), Kubernetes (Amazon EKS), DevSecOps, and reliability
Manage hiring, performance management, timecard reviews, PTO, and team development
Coordinate with program and government leadership on planning, priorities, and reporting
Manage risks and implement mitigations across the engineering portfolio
Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and ATO sustainment requirements
Foster a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement
Support recruiting and building strong, high-performing teams

Bachelor's and 10+ years of experience; relevant experience may be substituted for education
Demonstrated experience leading and managing technical engineering teams
Experience with cloud infrastructure operations and maintenance at scale
Experience managing delivery in an Agile or SAFe environment
Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Public Trust / suitability determination
