Role Overview
- Define and drive the Quality Engineering strategy
- Design, create and maintain reusable test automation frameworks
- Establish testing standards and best practices
- Introduce and improve CI/CD quality gates
- Build E2E, integration and API testing capabilities
- Mentor developers on automated testing
- Review testing approaches and promote quality ownership across Engineering
- Perform exploratory and regression testing where automation is not yet available
Requirements
- Strong software engineering background
- Experience building test automation frameworks
- Experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium or similar
- Experience with any static code analyzer tool
- Experience testing REST APIs and modern web applications
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Strong understanding of software architecture and testability
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and drive technical initiatives
