Drive DevOps and CI/CD adoption to improve delivery efficiency.
Manage technical documentation, deployment plans, security compliance, and disaster recovery plans.
Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Lead Proof-of-Concept (POC) initiatives and support continuous innovation.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or related field.
15+ years of experience in digital transformation, enterprise systems, and solution architecture.
8+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
3+ years in a dual role as Solutions Architect and Scrum Master in agile environments.
Strong experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), DevOps, and CI/CD frameworks.
Experience in AI implementation/integration is highly preferred.
Knowledge of GIS platforms and ITIL v4 is a plus.
Agile and Microsoft Power Platform certifications are advantageous.
