Execute marketing automation strategy: translate business priorities into automated journeys that deliver measurable results.
Design automated sales communication journeys logic: build customer flows, ensuring logic and targeting.
Collaborate across teams: work closely with analytical CRM, marketing, and product teams to align requirements and deliver seamless experiences.
Hold strategic view of all automations in designated business area in all 3 countries.
Standardize processes: create and maintain documentation, templates, and best practices for automation workflows.
Monitor and optimize performance: track funnel metrics (engagement, conversions) and continuously improve journey effectiveness.
Manage new and challenging projects to enable better customer experience.
Requirements
Strong analytical skills: ability to interpret data, identify trends, and act on insights.
Knowledge of digital sales principles and marketing performance metrics.
Project management skills: ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills in English and Latvian. English is required because your daily job will be in Baltic team.
Higher education.
At least 3 years experience in digital marketing, marketing automation, or related fields.
Hands-on experience with A/B and multivariate testing.
Familiarity with customer segmentation and personalization strategies.
Experience with digital sales automation or marketing automation platforms, e. g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Journey Builder, Personalization would be advantage.
Experience with Tableau/Marketing Cloud Intelligence dashboards would be advantage.
Skills in reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Datorama) would be advantage.
