Role Overview
- Managing our end-to-end monthly invoicing process
- Maintaining the accuracy of commercial data in HubSpot CRM
- Ensuring reliable reporting for senior leadership
- Helping ensure operational excellence, resolving data and process issues
- Supporting continuous improvement of our internal workflows
- Taking part in the Operations Associate Rotation Programme with high-impact business projects
Requirements
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Clear & professional communication
- Systematic problem-solving
- Exceptional organisation & time management
- Previous experience using a CRM platform (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Familiarity with basic invoicing or accounts receivable concepts
- Proficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel) for data organisation
