- Ensure reports are of the highest quality and integrity

- Perform quality assurance review of reports and correspondences
- Verify board specialty reviews compliance
- Resolution of customer complaints and quality assurance issues
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum two years clinical or related field experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of insurance industry preferably claims management
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, medications and laboratory values
- Qualified typist with a minimum of 40 W.P.M
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Internet use
- Exceptional communication skills
