The main focus of the role is on project work and geotechnical site investigation
Conducting geotechnical sampling and field and laboratory testing
Geological / geotechnical assessment and classification of soils and rocks
Project work in the field of geotechnics at home and abroad, documentation and review of results, compliance with requirements and contractual values
Handling projects with regard to quality, cost, schedule and safety requirements in coordination with the department head and project managers
Planning, coordinating and carrying out geotechnical investigations, tests and measurements
Collaboration with project-related subcontractors

Successfully completed university degree in civil engineering, geotechnology, geology, surveying/geodesy or a comparable degree program
Initial relevant practical experience in the form of internships / working student positions is an advantage but not a requirement
Confident, professionally competent and strong communication skills
Ability to handle conflict and strong negotiation skills
High level of commitment
IT skills: Proficient use of Office software, ArcGIS
Very good communication skills in German preferred at C1 level as well as good English skills for collaboration in an international environment
Class B driving license and willingness to undertake project-related assignments
Authorization to work in Germany and openness to working in an international environment
