About this role
Role Overview
Handle incoming quote requests and ensure rigorous follow-up (follow-ups, closing)
Contact leads as soon as they arrive to maximize conversion into a meeting for the SDR team and enhance the customer experience
Follow up with no-shows from the qualification and demo stages to recover slots
Participate in the management of AE Small deals with potential
Assist AE SMEs with their administrative tasks within the Salesforce CRM
Support SDRs in creating and updating opportunities
Manage tasks related to Reconciliation onboarding for new clients
Update databases (commercial reference database)
Assist Managers in tracking and coordinating daily sales projects
Contribute to organizing team rituals (quarterly, team meetings, etc.)
Take charge of projects and ad hoc tasks according to team needs
Requirements
You are completing a Bac+4/Bac+5 (equivalent to M1/M2) in a business school, university, or equivalent program
You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple topics simultaneously
You are comfortable on the phone and not afraid to pick up the phone to call a prospect
You have a service-oriented mindset and enjoy working in a team
You are proficient in (or curious to learn) tools like Salesforce, Slack, Notion
You are proactive: you identify problems and propose solutions
Prior exposure to sales or customer relations is a plus
