Role Overview

• Developing a scalable finance function, including systems, controls, processes, and reporting infrastructure
• Owning finance-based products, including financing and tolling agreements
• Owning financial reporting, monthly close, and performance insights to support strategic decision-making
• Overseeing reconciliation of trading activity, settlements and cash movements to ensure financial accuracy
• Ensuring financial integrity through oversight of trading activity, settlements, reconciliations, and cash movements
• Managing relationships with external accounting, banking, and financial services partners, to support effective governance and growth

Requirements

• Strong commercial acumen and financial leadership
• Experience in building and scaling a finance function in a fast-growing environment
• Ability to use data-driven insights for decision-making and strengthen financial governance
