Own cross-functional program communication across Growth Design, Brand Creative, Design Foundations, Engineering, and Marketing/Acquisition, building alignment across teams that don’t yet have established localization workflows
Drive coordination across ~12 active localization workstreams, maintaining visibility into status, timing, and design review windows as workstream scope and priorities evolve with the program, and ensuring nothing slips between teams
Identify, track, and resolve dependencies across workstreams; make trade-off calls on what to escalate vs. resolve independently
Lead cross-team scoping across Growth Design, Brand Creative, and Design Foundations to aggregate creative production volume and define requirements; run the agency RFP process and onboard a partner covering upstream transcreation and downstream post-translation production (string swaps, asset re-renders, motion timing, layout QA) Design and implement a shared intake workflow for localization requests across 3 design teams, establishing the standard for how localization work enters and moves through production
Requirements
5-7+ years of experience in creative production, design operations, or program coordination in a creative/design environment
Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships and agency partnerships
Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working across Design, Engineering, and Marketing teams
Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple concurrent workstreams without dropping threads
Process-oriented mindset: you build structure where there isn’t any and improve it where there is
Prior experience in localization, multilingual creative production, or internationalization programs strongly preferred (candidates with this background will onboard significantly faster given the program’s active stage).
