You will work closely with Jan-Peter (CEO) at Veli’s headquarters in Science Park Kassel.
Over the next six months you will bring approximately 1,000 households online and simultaneously drive our market growth — engaging directly with potential customers and strategic partners.
Customer growth and scaling: You will support our customer growth, further develop market entry strategies and build strategic partnerships.
Marketing and communications: You will plan and shape trade show appearances and in-house networking formats, including support for LinkedIn, newsletters and campaigns, creating a strong brand presence.
Sales support and development: You will refine our customer outreach and systematically integrate customer feedback into our sales processes.
Company building and business model development: You will design strategic and operational business models as well as processes and structures for a go-to-market. You will take on selected strategic leverage projects, such as KPI monitoring, new partner models or rollout concepts.
Requirements
Ideally you have 1 to 3 years of professional experience, for example in a startup environment, consulting, project management or in a sales-related role.
Highly structured career starters also fit well.

You have a good sense for people and relationships, build trust and remain committed and solution-oriented even in difficult situations, both internally within the team and externally with partners and decision-makers.
You keep an eye on important details, think analytically, have strong numerical literacy and are comfortable with KPIs, budget planning, forecasts and spreadsheets.
You communicate confidently and clearly in German at least at C1 level.
You enjoy building networks and connecting people.
You are on site in Kassel at least two to three days per week and willing to travel approximately five days per month for trade shows, conferences and sales meetings.
Experience with Notion, HubSpot, Canva or Adobe tools is a plus.
