Ensuring benefits are defined, quantifiable and achieved
Securing internal and external resources; managing virtual teams
Ensuring clear roles and responsibilities, early escalation, and clear decision making
Managing risks and issues within risk and issue management framework
Producing regular reporting in an effective and efficient manner
Sharing and implementing best practices in project/program management

Experience delivering projects in financial services, particularly within risk and regulatory contexts
Skilled in managing cross-functional projects, juggling multiple workstreams, and balancing shifting priorities in fast-paced environments
Multi-disciplined project delivery experience, including process change, product launches, systems implementations, and outsourcing
Detail-oriented with advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities, paired with strong stakeholder management skills
Strong written communication skills for internal documentation, business advice, and ensuring team alignment
Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach; self-motivated, forward-thinking, and adaptable to new challenges and knowledge acquisition
