Requirements
Experience delivering projects in financial services, particularly within risk and regulatory contexts
Skilled in managing cross-functional projects, juggling multiple workstreams, and balancing shifting priorities in fast-paced environments
Multi-disciplined project delivery experience, including process change, product launches, systems implementations, and outsourcing
Detail-oriented with advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities, paired with strong stakeholder management skills
Strong written communication skills for internal documentation, business advice, and ensuring team alignment
Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach; self-motivated, forward-thinking, and adaptable to new challenges and knowledge acquisition
