About this role
Role Overview
- Monitoring and managing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as probability of default, fraud rates, and approval rates.
- Conducting risk analyses in Python and SQL to optimize the scoring process.
- Serving as the main point of contact for internal teams as well as merchants/partners in managing consumer risks.
- Assessing risks for new product developments.
- Supporting business growth by advising on improving traffic quality and conversion rate.
- Defining business requirements for the further development of systems and tools.
Requirements
- Professional experience in the e-commerce, payments, or banking industry.
- Relevant experience in credit and/or fraud risk management.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and projects.
- Data analysis skills in SQL (advanced) and Python (beginner).
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members, merchants/partners, and other departments in German and English.
