You generate and qualify leads for our Key Account team – project developers, property developers, grid operators, infrastructure companies, and many more
You proactively reach out to prospects by phone, email, and LinkedIn
You conduct initial discovery conversations, understand potential customers' compensation needs, and explain our offering clearly and convincingly
You hand off qualified opportunities to the Key Account Managers and schedule initial meetings
You accurately record all activities in the CRM and contribute to the improvement of our sales processes
You identify market patterns and provide feedback to the team – your insights from the initial conversations are valuable to us
Requirements
Native-level German and good English
Experience in Sales Development, Customer Success, or a startup environment
Hunger for sales and not afraid to pick up the phone
Strong communication skills and genuine enjoyment of interacting with people
Independent, structured working style – you know how to organize your day
Resilience: a "no" motivates you and doesn't frustrate you
Nice-to-haves: Experience with CRM and other lead systems (HubSpot, etc.)
Experience in conservation, sustainability, real estate, or the infrastructure sector
