Role Overview
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and variance reports.
- Manage full month-end close: accruals, reclasses, journal entries, reconciliations.
- Review resident billing, rent rolls, census, and revenue for accuracy.
- Oversee accounts payable coding and monitor spending vs. budget.
- Support ownership reporting, lender requirements, and audit processes.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- 3–5+ years of property accounting experience; senior living preferred.
- Strong GAAP knowledge and monthly close experience.
- Advanced Excel skills; Yardi, PCC, QuickBooks or similar experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
