You have previous experience designing AI native products
You've worked in UK Defence or with UK Defence clients
You've designed for, and shipped at scale
Ideally you've worked in a consulting services environment
You've demonstrated ability to influence product direction and wider product strategy
You've contributed to design excellence beyond your immediate projects
establishing design systems, ensuring consistency, proactively sharing best practice
You excel at collaboration and communication
facilitating cross-functional teamwork and clearly articulating design rationale to stakeholders
You can demonstrate advanced expertise in design tools and methods, including AI tools, with ability to create high-quality user experiences and mentor others in their use
