About this role
Role Overview
- Support in maintaining and implementing our new Contract Management tool
- Review, structure and digitally capture existing contracts and contract documents
- Upload documents and maintain relevant contract data (e.g., terms, deadlines, contracting parties)
- Support with confidentiality agreements (NDAs), templates and recurring standard contracts
- Administrative support for the Legal / Contract Management team’s day-to-day work
- Contribute to the optimization of internal processes, governance structures and documentation standards
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Sales, Procurement, Operations and Project Management
Requirements
- Advanced studies in Law, Business Law or a comparable degree program
- Interest in contract law, commercial law and business contexts
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Careful, structured and reliable working style
- High willingness to learn and self‑initiative
- Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel and Word
- Hands‑on mentality and enthusiasm for future technologies and renewable energy
