Perform quality assurance on documentation such as Work Instructions, Program Rules Documents, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Work closely with the Process Writing team to edit, proof-read, and ensure that documentation is formatted correctly, in the right format and template, follows all internal style guides and industry standards.
Provide support for audits of documentation.
Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance protocols and processes, and train and support staff in adhering to quality assurance standards.
Requirements
Editing experience.
Proven experience in a quality assurance role.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
3+ year experience in QA
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong writing skills and excellent overall communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Ability to work collaboratively.
Knowledge of or training in complying with 508 standards for documentation.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Word.
