Own day-to-day administration and configuration of HubSpot across Sales, Marketing, Service, and Operations Hubs: users, permissions, custom objects, properties, pipelines, lifecycle stages, and lead routing.
Build, maintain, and optimize sales sequences, marketing campaigns, lead nurture programs, and automated workflows in partnership with Sales and Marketing.
Own data hygiene: deduplication, validation, list and segment management, and ongoing maintenance of clean records across contacts, companies, deals, and tickets.
Build and maintain reports and dashboards across Sales, Marketing, and CS, including pipeline reporting, campaign attribution, and rep performance.
Manage integrations between HubSpot and the broader GTM stack (enrichment, calendaring, dialer and sequencing, product data sources), and partner with RevOps on system-level builds.
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on HubSpot administration in a B2B SaaS environment.
HubSpot Administrator certification or equivalent demonstrable depth.
Proven experience building sales sequences, marketing automation workflows, and campaign attribution.
Strong data hygiene practices and experience managing lists and segments at scale.
Working knowledge of common GTM stack integrations.
