Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, translating them into detailed system specifications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, validate, and prioritize business needs.
Perform system analysis activities in support of project objectives and timelines.
Design system functionality, including user interfaces, batch processes, and system interfaces.
Develop and maintain documentation for system processes, procedures, and deliverables.
Ensure system documentation and updates conform to DHSS, Conduent, and project standards.
Create screen prototypes, workflow diagrams, and process flow documentation.
Define business rules and develop decision tables.
Design, develop, modify, and execute test cases and scenarios; document results.
Generate reports to monitor quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.
Conduct root cause analysis and assess downstream impacts.
Facilitate and lead design discussions with stakeholders.
Support user training activities as needed.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role
Experience developing use cases, process flows, and screen designs
Experience in system testing including test scripts
Understanding of SDLC methodologies
Strong written communication skills across business and technical teams
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools
Experience in human services or child support enforcement (preferred)
Familiarity with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, or TFS (preferred)
Working knowledge of SQL (preferred)
