Role Overview
- Own end-to-end delivery of MGMA’s full web portfolio
- Define the target experience across all web touchpoints
- Act as the voice of the product
- Fully manage the execution of the problems worth solving
- Champion A/B testing, personalization, and conversion optimization
- Lead design, content, and SEO to create a strong product
- Maintain a healthy, well-groomed backlog
- Own backlog acceptance
- Own delivery of all portals
- Lead a cross-functional delivery team
Requirements
- Three (3) or more years of experience in a product owner, product manager, or equivalent role delivering digital products
- Two (2) or more years operating within a defined PDLC and Agile/Scrum delivery environment, partnering directly with software engineering teams
- Strong software development background
- Experience managing vendors, agencies, or freelance teams in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business, product management, marketing, technology, or a related field preferred.
