About this role
Role Overview
Lead and coordinate collections administrative activities to support timely and accurate receivables collection.
Manage collections data entry, account reconciliations, and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with collections managers and cross-functional teams to resolve customer payment disputes and escalations.
Support the development and implementation of collections policies and procedures to optimize efficiency.
Monitor collections performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management review.
Requirements
Experience in collections administration or accounts receivable management.
Strong knowledge of collections processes and account reconciliation.
Proficiency with collections software and financial systems.
Ability to analyze collections data and generate reports.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience working in a fast-paced collections or finance environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Good understanding of customer service principles and dispute resolution.
