About this role
Role Overview
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports (HGB/IFRS)
- Analysis of financial data, including plausibility and data quality checks
- Development and automation of reporting processes
- Preparation of ad-hoc analyses and profitability calculations
- Performing variance analyses (plan vs. actual) and deriving actions
- Support in budget planning and forecasts
- Preparation of KPIs and presentations for management
- Identification of optimization opportunities in processes and tools
- Close collaboration with EMEA teams and the Shared Service Center
- Participation in national and international projects
- Point of contact (m/f/d) for controlling-related queries
- Ensuring compliance with company-wide policies and standards
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling or a comparable field; alternatively commercial vocational training with relevant further qualifications
- Ideally 1–3 years of professional experience in controlling
- Strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers
- Excellent skills in MS Excel / Power BI and experience with SAP
- Solid understanding of accounting and controlling processes
- Ability to analyze and interpret large datasets
- Structured working style with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Good problem-solving skills and self-initiative
- Very good time management
- Fluent German and English skills
