Promote employee success stories and testimonials.
Support the execution of GFT's internal communications strategy and annual roadmap.
Support the creation and distribution of internal communications across APAC.
Develop articles, announcements, newsletters, and employee stories for the intranet and communication channels.
Assist with executive communication materials and presentations.
Maintain communication calendars and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and company events, including Monthly and Quarterly events, Health & Well-being initiatives, Recognition programs, Culture and Sustainability campaigns.
Coordinate logistics, vendors, and event communications.
Capture and publish event highlights and success stories.
Create visual and written content for both internal and external communications.
Produce social media posts, posters, videos, presentations, and digital assets.
Ensure consistency with GFT's global brand guidelines.
Monitor engagement metrics and campaign performance.
Prepare regular reports and recommendations to improve communication effectiveness and employer brand visibility.
Track event participation and employee feedback.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, Public Relations, Journalism, or related fields.
Minimum 2
3 years of experience in Employer Branding, Internal Communications, Marketing, Employee Engagement, or related fields.
Working experience in technology companies is an advantage.
Experience in organizing corporate events and engagement activities is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Strong content writing and copywriting abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation design.
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools is preferred.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
