Lead SAP ABAP development in complex tax and legal projects, with a strong focus on the Brazilian Tax Reform, working across MM, SD and FI modules in an Agile environment.
Technical leadership: guide the team (code reviews, architecture, mentorship) and ensure the quality of deliveries.
Development & Integration: build complex solutions, optimize programs, and implement integrations (IDoc, APIs, Web Services, PI/PO or CPI).
Agile management: support sprint planning, refinement, and track deliveries via Jira.
Business partnership: translate tax/legal requirements into scalable solutions together with global teams.

Experience with SAP ABAP (OO ABAP, BAdIs, User Exits, performance tuning).
Strong experience in MM, SD and FI modules.
Solid experience in tax-related projects (knowledge of the Brazilian Tax Reform is a strong plus).
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and Jira.
Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
