Role Overview
- Oversee quality assurance activities on assigned projects.
- Establish and implement a structured, effective testing process.
- Mentor, support, and supervise testers.
- Provide feedback to developers regarding features and content.
- Proactively raise potential risks related to different areas of the game.
- Conduct employee performance evaluations and hold one-on-one meetings.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of quality assurance experience in the video game industry.
- Experience as a QA Lead (asset).
- Strong understanding of the video game industry, production environments, and development phases.
- Strong ability to communicate clearly and precisely.
- Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written.
- Proficient with PC tools, including the Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of different video game platforms and executable types.
