Role Overview
- Lead procurement contact for assigned Regional offices
- Partner with HVAC Controls Sales Organization to develop accurate installation cost models
- Coordinate operational procurement activities and ensure compliance with procedures
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies for subcontract labor procurement
Requirements
- Electrical industry equivalent experience or bachelor’s degree
- Experience in building systems or operational processes
- 5-8 years as a project manager with estimating experience in the HVAC Controls construction or trades industry
- Procurement experience with a focus on construction and/or HVAC equipment and services with experience in cost analysis and strong financial knowledge.
