About this role

Provide technical leadership, direction, guidance and services with regard to planning, scheduling and associated PM digital tools across the RR Group
Being an authority in relation to planning, scheduling and maintaining that status
Represent Rolls-Royce on behalf of the specialism within wider industry and professional bodies
Escalate the capabilities, competencies and training gaps needed by the wider project management community
Lead development of the specialism area with regards to processes, tools and training
Proactive improvement of supporting processes and performance in their area of specialism
Coach and develop others where appropriate in the specialist discipline or provide expert guidance to small teams
Promote the general culture and professionalism of project management specialism throughout the Business

Is recognised as an expert in the field of planning and scheduling
Qualified to degree level or equivalent
Specialist functional/technical experience eg. planning, earned value management, scheduling, risk management
using appropriate tools/systems
Able to communicate and articulate specialism in an easy and understandable manner
Must be a UK national or dual national in approved cases
