About this role
Role Overview
- Provides critical support to clients, managing a book of insurance business
- Facilitates positive and effective relationships with sales and/or account team colleagues
- Oversees preparation and implementation of all transactions, paperwork, and internal processing for assigned accounts
- Acts as liaison between clients and insurance carriers to resolve escalated complex service issues
- Develops new business from existing accounts and assigned leads
Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED; College degree strongly preferred
- 1-3 years in an insurance Account Management role (brokage experience preferred) or equivalent combination of education & experience
- Currently licensed in good standing in required lines and states
- HNW, E&S, Agency Bill, broad marketing/carrier knowledge and experience required
