Build and launch campaigns in HubSpot — emails, landing pages, forms, lists, and automation workflows — following the standards set by the Sr. Director
QA campaigns before they go out: links, tokens, audience logic, suppression lists
Apply UTM conventions and attribution field standards consistently so data stays clean
Help maintain and improve nurture programs, drip sequences, and event follow-up workflows
Support form management across the site, including consent capture and compliance basics
Monitor email deliverability and flag issues for review
Keep the HubSpot instance organized — naming conventions, workflow structure, property cleanliness — in line with team standards
Build and maintain HubSpot reports and dashboards covering campaign performance, funnel metrics, and lead quality
Pull ad-hoc data requests for the marketing team and translate them into clean, readable outputs
Support attribution tracking and flag gaps
Help maintain data hygiene: duplicate checks, fill rate reviews, list cleanup
Document your work in Notion so configurations, changes, and decisions are captured and accessible
Keep the HubSpot data dictionary up to date as properties and workflows change
Support onboarding other marketing team members to HubSpot when needed
Requirements
3–5 years in marketing operations, campaign management, or a similar role
3+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience at Marketing Hub Pro or Enterprise level
HubSpot Marketing Software certification
Comfortable with marketing data
Detail-oriented and organized
Able to work independently on defined tasks while staying aligned with the team
Helpful but not required: Working knowledge of Salesforce and HubSpot-Salesforce sync behavior
Helpful but not required: Power BI, Tableau, or Looker experience
Helpful but not required: Apollo or another contact enrichment tool
Helpful but not required: GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM exposure
Helpful but not required: Basic SQL
Helpful but not required: B2B SaaS marketing experience.
